From Veikou to the lockers
Veikou starts near the corner of Athanasiou Diakou and heads south-west through Koukaki. From its first hundred metres, Lempesi is two minutes away, back towards the museum. From the middle of the street, count four or five minutes; from the end by the Syngrou-Fix metro station, seven.
Koukaki is where visitors go for a neighbourhood feel: the tavernas of Drakou Street, the cafés around Olympiou, the climb up Filopappou for the view of the Parthenon at sunset. It has plenty of apartments and very few places to leave a suitcase, which is why we are here.
From the lockers, Filopappou Hill is a ten-minute walk up Veikou and Drakou.

How it works
- Book and pay online. Pick a size and pay by card: your QR code arrives by email straight away.
- Drop your bags. Scan the QR code at the terminal and the locker opens. No booking? Pay by card at the terminal instead, if a locker is free.
- Come and go. The same QR code reopens your locker as often as you like until 22:00.

Which is the nearest metro station to Veikou Street?
Akropoli (line 2) for the northern end, Syngrou-Fix (line 2) for the southern end. Our lockers are two minutes from Akropoli.
Can I leave my bags in Koukaki and walk up Filopappou Hill?
Yes. Drop them at Lempesi 11, then it is about ten minutes up Veikou and Drakou to the paths of Filopappou Hill.
