1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Lockers of Acropolis, a sole proprietorship registered in Greece, Lempesi 11 (Λεμπέση 11), 117 42 Athens, Greece, Greek tax number (ΑΦΜ) 205258319, EU VAT number EL205258319. You can reach us at contact@lockersofacropolis.com.

2. What we collect, and why
- Booking details (name, email address, phone number, locker size, rental period). Used to create your booking, send your QR code and contact you if something goes wrong. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you.
- Payment data. Card payments are processed by our payment providers: online when you book, and at the terminal when you pay on site. We do not store your card number.
- Video surveillance images of the locker area. Used to protect belongings and prevent theft. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in securing the premises. Retention period: to be completed.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, kept for as long as needed to answer you.
This website itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
3. Who else sees your data
- SmartLOCKERS, the supplier of our locker system and booking platform, which processes bookings on our behalf.
- Our payment providers, for card transactions online and at the terminal.
- Google, when you view the embedded map on our contact section. Google may set its own cookies in that context; see Google's own privacy policy.
- Competent authorities, where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising purposes.
4. How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for the period required by Greek accounting and tax law. Video recordings are kept for to be completed and then deleted automatically. Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or provide it in a portable format. You may also object to processing based on our legitimate interest.

If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα), Kifissias 1-3, 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr.
6. Video surveillance in detail
The locker area is filmed continuously to prevent theft and damage. Cameras cover the lockers and the terminal only. Signage is displayed on site. Images are accessible to the operator and, where relevant, to the police. They are not used to monitor individuals for any other purpose.

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
